We found out about Homerly after learning about the exceptional quality of care homes in Thailand. We were in need of a world-class facility that not only provided exceptional service and healthcare, but also allowed my father to enjoy retired life, and was easy to reach from Bangkok (if you're based internationally and need to fly in). Homerly was the perfect fit. Joanna, a key member of the management there never hesitated to make sure that my father was comfortable - an imperative for anyone who has dementia (and a great peace of mind for anyone caring for someone with dementia). We had a Whatsapp group that made it very easy to get in touch if we ever had any questions or concerns, no matter where we were in the world. Homerly and its staff were just as amazing. My father had access to on-site nurses, a direct link to Bangkok Hospital in Pattaya, dedicated carers, healthy and delicious meals, a physiotherapist and gym, and I loved that they had regular excursions to restaurants, malls and beaches around Pattaya. Homerly even organises spectacular trips to Chiang-Mai, Koh Kood, and Taiwan! Because it was a former resort, they have spacious rooms and serene private villas. We were lucky enough to stay in them a few times when we stayed overnight while visiting my father. My father is back home now, but I am very grateful that a place like Homerly exists.

Following a disaster in a UK care home, we moved Dad to Homerly. Dad has Alzheimers. Neither Dad nor ourselves have looked back and regretted this decision. Dad's quality of life is far superior to anything he got in the expensive care home in the UK. He has been out for lunches, goes shopping regularly and has been on a holiday to Koh Kood. He now has others around him that he can socialise with if he wants to. On top of that is the lovely environment that he is able to live in, a "resort" which really does not feel like a care home. Oh, it is also warm and the sun shines! The care staff are so kind and patient. A special mention to Joanna who made this huge move and change for Dad bearable and without whom I couldn't have coped.

I recently stayed at Homerly for 8 months to recover from knee surgery. The overall experience was excellent. Will, Joanna, Ian, Jeffrey and the rest of the staff was top notch. The facility is located just outside of Pattaya, in a gated setting that feels more like a resort than an assisted living facility. The architecture of the villas is Balinese, and the facility has very nicely landscaped grounds, which are maintained each day by a dedicated staff. Privacy for the residents is a key aspect of the care here, which is terrific, and I would say the place feels more like a resort than the typical "hospital setting" you see in the majority of assisted living facilities. It is serene and peaceful, and for me it was what I needed. There is a dedicated physical therapist, along with a 24-hour nursing staff. The attitude of the employees is welcoming and friendly. The staff is there to help the residents. Supportive in their thoughts, behavior and actions. A special thanks to May, Eric, Ant, R U, Tee and the other care givers who provided 24-hour care for the 1st few months I was at Homerly. This was a tough time for me, and your support during that time is much appreciated. My recovery involved a rather long and disciplined rehabilitation schedule with two physical therapists who specialized in rehabilitation for patients having knee surgery. This was arranged at my request, and it was critical for me. Both Dea and Gail were terrific, and I can't thank them enough for their support and expertise. Will arranged the physical therapy, and was very welcoming and accommodating, while I was at the facility. A special thanks goes out to him and to Joanna, who was also terrific. Joanna helped me with many items, from sending and receiving packages, to visa arrangements. Mainly, she solves problems for the residents, and it is nice to have a person you can rely on to take care of items for you. This is especially important and appreciated when you can't do the things you would normally do on your own. Joanna has a nice warm way about her, as well, and it was a pleasure to know both Will and Joanna. To be fair and open about my experience, it was not perfect. There are always areas to improve. During the 8 months I was at Homerly there were several changes to the menu, which was a bit frustrating. The majority of the time the food was great, but it would go up and down at times, depending on the chef. There were also some initial issues arranging visits to doctors, but this was resolved. While these types of things can be frustrating, in the total scheme of things, they are minor. The overall care provided is superb. But I did want to mention them. In terms of the price for the services provided, I thought the fees were quite reasonable. As we all know, nothing is cheap these days, but in comparison to the US and other Western countries the fees are considerably less, and with a high level of quality associated with the facility. I think it would be tough to find more "Bang for your Buck". I recommend Homerly to those that are seeking a safe and caring environment for their health needs.

Our Dad moved in at Homerly at short notice a few weeks ago. He had been in hospital for a week, had lost half his body weight and was bedridden. He was incredible unwell. We live in Australia and were so anxious about Dad’s rehab and recovery. We wanted to find somewhere that felt welcoming, where the staff are caring and where Dad would get the rehab/physical therapy and care that he needs. Joanna, Ian and William are absolute magic! They are caring, professional people, who went out of their way to help us before we had to leave to head back to Australia. He is getting amazing care, delicious meals and is recovering in a stunning, tranquil environment. I am forever grateful. Dad is making good progress with his rehab, with Joanna and the team keeping us regularly updated (via a WhatsApp family group chat she set up) with photos and information. If you’re looking for a truly caring care home, Homerly is the absolute best. I can sleep easy at night knowing that, despite me being thousands of miles away, Dad is being looked after by a wonderful crew of people.

Homerly Senior Living in Pattaya is truly a wonderful place. The staff are incredibly kind, caring, and attentive — you can really feel that they go above and beyond for the residents. My brother has now been at Homerly for over four years. He is very well cared for, the staff are extremely attentive and there are plenty of activities arranged for most days, both on site but also day trips to shops / restaurants / landmarks in the local area. The apartments and villas are spacious and well maintained. The on site restaurant provides a good selection of meals for both residents and visitors alike.
